MDesign Studio is an AI visibility and growth systems agency based in Tampa, Florida. These terms apply to anyone who visits our website or engages MDesign Studio for services. By using this site or entering into an engagement with us, you agree to these terms.

Use of This Website

This website exists to inform you about MDesign Studio and give you a way to reach us. You may use it for that purpose.

You may not use this site to transmit spam, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial use, or misrepresent who you are. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone using this site in bad faith.

All content on this site is the property of MDesign Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

Services and Engagements

Any paid work between you and MDesign Studio is governed by a written agreement specific to that engagement. These terms do not replace that agreement. They exist alongside it.

Work begins only after scope and payment terms are agreed upon in writing. MDesign Studio does not begin billable work on a handshake or verbal agreement.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each engagement agreement. Standard terms are net 7 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is current. Deposits paid prior to the start of work are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is cancelled by the partner after work has started, MDesign Studio will invoice for all work completed through the cancellation date.

Intellectual Property

Work product created by MDesign Studio (including website designs, written content, strategy documents, and system architecture) remains the property of MDesign Studio until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to you unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.

Any tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes used by MDesign Studio to deliver the work remain the property of MDesign Studio regardless of payment status.

Results and Guarantees

MDesign Studio builds systems designed to improve your visibility and discoverability to AI search platforms. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, citation placements, or revenue outcomes. No one can. What we can guarantee is that the work will be done correctly, completely, and in accordance with current standards for AI and search visibility.

If something we build does not meet the agreed-upon deliverables, we will fix it. That is our commitment.

Limitation of Liability

MDesign Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or from any engagement with MDesign Studio. Our liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid for the specific work in question.

This site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and operational, but we make no warranties about uptime, availability, or the completeness of any information on it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this site or any ongoing engagement with MDesign Studio after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
